A perfect and free html redirect

If you need html redirect code see below this page, but first I would advise using something much more easy, and be aware that cloacking your links on a site may get your site banned from the Google index, so better use one domain only for cloacking that you don’t care if it’s banned or not.

There are many services on the internet to get a short Url that are hidding your affiliate links . One I found is also indexed by Google for the the keywords I choose, even tracking some stats (if you remember the security number they give or when you get a free account). The service is free and easy to use:

http://offto.net/htmlredirect/

When you remember the number like 9010 they give you, you can see stats (only used to check click-through stats)

Let’s see if in a few days when I enter html redirect who will be in first position . My affiliate link (in this case not a real one since I have nothing to earnà has been cloaked. Here’s the new link you can follow to make your own cloackd links with the keyword of your choice embedded:

http://offto.net/htmlredirect/

It was created by Jon Leger a genius coder if you ask me.

Why offto.net html redirect is The Best

  1. You can remove links to the affiliate program from the vendor’s landing page.That’s right. With offto.net links, you have the option of removing any links on the landing page that point to the vendor’s affiliate program. This saves you lost commissions from the visitors you send seeing that there’s an affiliate program, signing up, and purchasing through their own link instead of yours.
  2. They provide click tracking.Unlike other free cloaking services, they provide both raw click through and unique click through counts. Compare those figures against the number of sales you’ve made and you can calculate your conversion rates. With a free account, we let you manage all of your link stats from one easy interface, PLUS give you powerful information about where your clicks are coming from.
  3. They send traffic through your links.The most recently created links are shown on the home page. This gives other offto.net users the opportunity to click YOUR link and see if they like what you’re offering. We also give visitors the ability to browse through older OffTo.net links, giving you even more traffic potential.
Terms of use:offto.net was created as a free service to make posting long URLs easier, and may only be used for actual URLs. Using it for spamming or illegal purposes is forbidden and any such use will result in the OffTo.Net link being disabled and you may be reported to all ISPs involved and to the proper governmental agencies. This service is provided without warranty of any kind.

html redirect code:

<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=windows-1252″>
<meta http-equiv=”Content-Language” content=”en-us”>
<meta http-equiv=”refresh” content=”0;URL=http://”>
<meta name=”keywords” content=” “>
<meta name=”description” content=”x”>
<title>x</title>
<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex”>
</head>
<body>
<script>
document.location.href = “http://”;
</script>
<div align=”center”>
<font color=”#000000″ size=”2″ face=”tahoma”>
<font size=”4″>Loading x </b>
Please wait for the</font></font><font size=”4″ color=”#000000″ face=”tahoma”> <a href=”">REPLACE WITH YOUR DESCRIPTION</a></font>
</a> …
<br><br><br><br>
</div>
</font> </font></font>

</body>

 </html>

Above I showed a quite perfect html redirect code, just add the URL to link to between the brackets after each href=”" , and page description

If you need to redirect your visitors to a new page, this HTML redirect code

may be just what you’re looking for. You use html redirects to hide

affiliate links but also when a page is moved (but then I recommend a 301 redirect).

You use it to change the location of a web page.

When your page is popular visitors have added it to favorites or put a link on there blog.

Also, the Search Engines have indexed the page.

It is enough to place the following HTML redirect code between the

<HEAD> and </HEAD> tags of your HTML code.

<meta HTTP-EQUIV=”REFRESH” content=”0; url=http://www.yourhtmlredirectlink.com/index.html”>

The above HTML redirect code will redirect your visitors to another web page instantly. The content=”0; may be changed to the number of seconds you want the browser to wait before redirecting.

I usually also add some content in the body, better for Search Engine Optimisation.

The html redirect is perfect if you want to make your links look like if the are on your own page ,

but as I told previously I prefer using http://offto.net/htmlredirect/

Clickbank just released a new widget, it is really cool especially the tagged design makes it quit attractive, and it is also customisable. The only thing against it is that it is writtn in javascript, so not to easy to use with wordpress. Clickbank called it the Hop Ad Builder, see how it looks below :

Use this tool to create a multi-tabbed ad box to display on your site. Each tab can have its own title and search keywords, so you can promote multiple types of products from the same ad box. This ad box only displays ad headlines, instead of the full ad text. If you have advanced knowledge of HTML, the Advanced User Guide details all of the parameters you can edit directly in the code.

I struggled a long time to find how to embed a flash Url I found on my site.

The HTML code used to embed FLV video

How to embed FLV video in WordPress or New Blogger?

Formerly known as Urchin from Google, Google Analytics is now a leading, and free, tool to help businesses and individuals use performance data to improve their online marketing campaigns and web sites. For AdWords advertisers, Google Analytics can currently import cost data from AdWords campaigns. Google Analytics also allows you to create Goals and Funnels — useful features if your web site is designed to drive visitors to a particular page, such as a purchase or email signup page. A Goal is a web page that a visitor reaches once he or she has made a purchase or completed another desired action, such as a registration or download; a Funnel represents the path you expect visitors to take in order to reach the goal. Defining these pages allows you to see how frequently visitors abandon goals (and where they go instead) and the value of the goal — that is, access conversion rates and the monetary value of the traffic you receive. Each profile can have up to four Goals, with a defined Funnel for each. Incidentally, you can officially add up to 50 site profiles. Each profile generally corresponds to one web site.

Google Analytics can help you enhance most aspects of online marketing — from selecting and bidding on effective keywords, to determining the most relevant offers in email campaigns, to optimising web site design. By acting on this information, businesses of all sizes can attract more visitors, convert more prospects to customers, and improve the overall return on their marketing investment. Google Analytics is simple enough for businesses new to web analytics to get started quickly, and sophisticated enough for the most advanced online marketers. All reports, charts and graphs are viewable directly through Google’s site, but you can also download your data in XML, CSV, PDF or TSV formats — perfect for firing off important data to your marketing director or boss. Of course, you can also email reports.

Integration with Google AdWords means users of Google’s all-pervading ad platform can access web analytics from a new interface within their AdWords account. Google Analytics automatically tags keyword destination URLs (which saves time and reduces the potential for errors), and imports cost data for ROI reports (for fast set-up and ease-of-use). Google Analytics can also track the results of any online marketing campaign, including banner ads, referral links, email newsletters and organic and paid search.

Google Analytics runs on the same computing infrastructure that powers Google.com, so it can support the traffic demands of any site, from those with a few visitors a week to many millions. Much as it did with web search, Google has made web analytics simpler and more accessible. Free online support is available and businesses can obtain customisation or advanced integration from Google representatives and select Google service partners. You can’t really go wrong.

Google Analytics is not perfect, however. A lot of ad filtering programs and extensions (such as Firefox’s Adblock and NoScript) can block its tracking code, preventing traffic and users from being tracked. In addition, some privacy networks will mask a user’s actual location and present inaccurate geographical data. Some users do not have JavaScript-enabled/capable browsers, or turn this feature off. However, these limitations affect only a small percentage of visits. The largest impact on data accuracy comes from blocking Google Analytics cookies. If cookies are not set in a user’s browser, Google Analytics cannot collect data. To be fair, these limitations affect all web analytics tools that collect on-site visitor data using page tags.

Yes Google adsense has been cracked by an indian engineer  !

No it is not a scam this time. An indian engineer reversed the javascript code on it’s own server to get 5,000$ on his account (Nothing like the get Google ads free scam  )

By David Norden,  November 13, 2007

Digit Nov 2007 IssueThe indian magazine DIGIT prooved that “Google Adsense” contains a serious security hole.

Manish Arora found a way to reverse engineer the Adsense engine and put several thousand of $ on his account in one month.

This is explained on his blog and was confirmed by Digit.

This not good news, not for adsense publishers who get unfair disadvantages, and of course not for Google account Adwords holders, who have to pay for getting no real clients.

How did he do this (note the 18,29$ eCPM -not bad !):

Adsense pirate Zorgloob

Quite easily:

After opening an account with a Blog that he didn’t own and that contained enough good convincing content (but no Google Ads), he analysed the javascript and simulated on his server the human behaviour . His words:

After going through all those articles and analyzing Google’s code I found a way to simulate human behavior in click generation and page impressions in proper (acceptable) ratio from different geographic location (IP address) and was able to credit thousands of dollars in my AdSense account (By not a single human being generated click).

Digit cracked the code by sending video that when opened simulated a click.

Manish Arora  with the help of an html parser and by simulating the javascript Google has on his servers was able to imitate it on his own servers and crack the system.

As he explains:

Google is protecting there ads from sniffing or spoofing with browser’s security feature of not allowing cross domain scripting. If we can access links in Google’s IFRAME then we can traverse ad links programmatically and can make money. That’s it… we got the key of making money!!!

But how it’s possible??? Very simple prepare and execute this URL on your web server and send the resultant HTML page which has Ad links to the client. In this case you can break the limit of cross domain scripting and earn thousands of dollars.

Wow, it won’t take long unscrupulous hackers will do the same, don’t you think?

David Norden

Now you know how horrible Google’s AdSense is for the AdWords Providers and you might be wondering if Google’s main source of revenue will be AdSense for long if they don’t fix the Hole, hackers will enter it very fast !!!

Yes, Google Admits Torching Your PageRank
Yes, Google Admits Torching Your PageRank

 What is wrong with paid linking and selling links on your site ?

By David Norden, october 30, 2007

For sure Google financial interests are getting more and more in the way of a logical good search result with “algorithms”.

Where I can understand that they don’t enjoy that directories with high PR are selling links on there sites (but who is reading these directories if it isn’t the search engines ??)

I wouldn’t see wrong doing if I was selling a link on a page going to a site with related content.

After all this is why we are doing business, no ? Of course Google can see this as something that will keep adsense clients away … since websites with a good ranking don’t need to pay with adword to get a visitor.

If the content of the page is not relevant to the link I usually put the tag rel=”nofollow” like in this code example:

<a target=”_blank” href=”http://www.webpronews.com:80/insiderreports/2007/10/29/yes-google-admits-torching-your-pagerank” title=”webpronews” rel=”nofollow”>

So if you want to increase your PageRank and don’t want to be penalysed for getting some paid link, use from time to time the rel=”nofollow” tag when the content is not relevant to your page, and don’t put paid links on a page with a high PR if the site you are promoting is not relevant to the page content. Better to sell link, sell a complete page with interesting reading content about the product your client is selling, it won’t look as if the client paid, and everybody will be even more happy.

David Norden

Yes, Google Admits Torching Your PageRank

Paid links proved the PageRank undoing for search professionals as well as for prominent sites like The Washington Post, but only recently did Google confess to doing this.

The flaming wreckage of Google’s update took down several sites a couple of PageRank notches. Though it looked like an intentional change, that hadn’t been confirmed.

Yes, Google Admits Torching Your PagerankUntil now, that is. Search Engine Journal heard from Matt Cutts about the update, which has had numerous online industry pros in a tizzy. Said Matt:

The partial update to visible PageRank that went out a few days ago was primarily regarding PageRank selling and the forward links of sites. So paid links that pass PageRank would affect our opinion of a site. Going forward, I expect that Google will be looking at additional sites that appear to be buying or selling PageRank.

The PageRank plunge has been painfully obvious to people like Andy Beard and Darren Rowse. It puts an image of an old joke about morale in our minds: “the beatings will continue until morale improves.”

As for PageRank improving, there aren’t any instructions about that. But paid links won’t be in the equation, it seems.

New Feature:

Adsense Manage Ads but what about the channels when you have many websites ?? And why are the chanels count not showing up properly ?

By David Norden, www.secretmarketinglinks.com
On 29 october the problems are already solved since 2 days.

Custom channels up and running again

Over the past few days, some publishers let us know that they were unable to view any data for their custom channels. Our engineers have now resolved the issue, and they’re currently working on including the missing data from the past few days. Your custom channels should now be tracking data as normal. Please be assured that your aggregate reports, which are used to calculate payments, have not been affected.

Thanks for your patience, and for bringing this issue to our attention!

——

october 24, 2007- updated oct 25, 2007

It is already two days that my daily totals aren’t showing up properly? The totals aren’t in line with the chanels, some of my chanels dissapeared? See the image below . Maybe it does have something to do with change code they are planning?? If you have an idea please send me a message at the bottom of this page…

adsense earning bug

The Inside AdSense blog announced that they will be releasing a new ad management solution to enable code-free ad changes.

New AdSense for content ad units design will be saved in your AdSense account every time you generate ad code.

In the future, all you will need to do is make the change in the AdSense console and the changes will be automatically applied to your live ads.

It is not yet live, but when ot will be, you will see under the “AdSense Setup” a new section link to “Manage Ads.” .

I strongly hope they will implement design changes only on request and not in an automatic way on all your ads, and that the changes can be done in relation with the channels. Otherwise for people like me with tens of sites, and 10′s of different designs on each site, the “Adsense change code free” would become a nightmare.

But I trust the guys at Google enough, to know they are smart, and they are listening to the webmasters objections.

On the screenshots provided by Google I don’t see a channel change possibility, only the size, so this certainly needs to be fixed before the launch in my humble opinion.
